Key Qualifications:
Active OT license, or eligibility for licensure, in Massachusetts Experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Knowledge of IEP documentation and therapy plan development Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability and a passion for supporting student growth
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings Promote skills that support classroom participation and independence
