Job Description

Are you a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with a specialty in pediatric feeding therapy? We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary practice as a
PART TIME/PRN
employee in the afternoons/evenings. The ideal candidate is someone who not only brings clinical expertise in pediatric feeding but also a deep commitment to helping children reach their highest potential through individualized, evidence-based care.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on therapy for children from toddlerhood to 18 years of age Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and clinical observations Monitor and document patient progress while adjusting interventions as needed Collaborate closely with a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of professionals Educate and support families to ensure carryover of therapy goals in the home environment
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Maryland Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric feeding therapy preferred Strong knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor, and behavioral strategies Comfortable working with a wide range of feeding challenges, including oral motor delays, sensory aversions, and medically complex cases Compassionate, patient-focused, and enthusiastic about multidisciplinary collaboration Excellent communication and documentation skills Why Join Us?
