Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license (required) Experience working with K-8th grade students in one or more of the following: school-based, home health, or teletherapy settings Proficiency in assessing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address a spectrum of needs Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary support teams Ability to adapt to mixed caseloads and diverse work environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and design tailored interventions for students with various developmental, sensory, and physical challenges Deliver therapy through in-person sessions, teletherapy, and in some instances, home-based services Collaborate with educators and families to set goals, monitor progress, and support students' educational achievements Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
