What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Develop and support IEP goals related to occupational performance
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Implement sensory strategies and adaptive supports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide training and support to classroom staff as neededTraining & Support
• We provide CPR certification
• We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training
• Ongoing support and guidance from supervisorsWhat You Bring
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Maryland OT license and NBCOT certification
• Experience in pediatrics or special education preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
