Flexible Schedule Compensation:
$88,000-$108,000 annually for full-time, depending on experience Turning Point Pediatric Therapy is a new pediatric Speech and Occupational Therapy center opening in Frederick, Maryland. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children build the skills they need to participate successfully at home, in school, and in their communities. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, fine-motor, visual-motor, self-care, and functional needs Develop individualized plans of care and measurable treatment goals Provide intervention for children with autism and developmental delays Address sensory regulation, fine-motor development, handwriting, activities of daily living, play, and school-readiness skills Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment documentation, and plans of care Educate and coach parents and caregivers Collaborate closely with SLPs and other professionals involved in the child's care Recommend appropriate therapeutic activities, equipment, and home strategies Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and clinical collaboration Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active or eligible Maryland Occupational Therapy license OTR/L Pediatric experience preferred Experience with autism, sensory processing, developmental delays, fine-motor needs, or feeding is a plus Strong family communication and documentation skills Collaborative, organized, reliable, and child-centered What We Offer $88,000-$108,000 annual compensation depending on experience Flexible scheduling Full-time or part-time opportunities Manageable pediatric caseload Dedicated pediatric treatment space Close collaboration with Speech-Language Pathology Continuing education support Input into OT equipment and treatment-space development Opportunity to grow into future leadership roles as the clinic expands Turning Point is being designed as a clinician-friendly practice where therapists have the resources, flexibility, and support needed to provide excellent pediatric care.
