Duration:
5 months + possible contract extensions
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Coverage Area:
Dorchester, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties Position Summary Seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services to patients in the assigned territory. The OT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, improve functional independence, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services in the home health setting. Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on therapies and home safety. Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members. Requirements Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Current BLS certification. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to travel throughout assigned coverage area. Preferred Qualifications Home health experience. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience. OASIS documentation experience.
Additional Information Productivity expectation:
27 points. No on-call or weekend requirements. Mileage reimbursed between patient visits.
Dress code:
