Qualifications & Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist license in Maryland required Previous experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting is strongly preferred Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 26 elementary students Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and parents Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students across designated schools Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each students unique needs Conduct assessments and regularly monitor progress, updating interventions as needed Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
