Required Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Maryland Occupational Therapy license Experience or interest in school-based OT, particularly with infants, toddlers, or early childhood populations Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation Excellent organizational and communication abilities Compassion and flexibility to serve a diverse student population Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and fellow therapists

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments for infants and toddlers referred through child find Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services per individual plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom and home routines Educate and support families, caregivers, and educators regarding interventions and progress Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with program and legal standards Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings and team discussions Contribute to a welcoming, supportive school environment If youre passionate about making a positive impact on young childrens lives and value working in a team-based setting, this role offers a chance for both professional growth and personal fulfillment.
