Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Support student development and play an impactful role as an Occupational Therapist for a contract position serving an Infant and Toddler caseload with a focus on Child Find services. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to make a difference in the school setting from August 10th, 2026, through June 17th, 2027, with a full-time schedule.

What You'll Need:

Active Occupational Therapy license in Maryland (MD OT License required) Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills to manage documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Comfort in adapting to diverse developmental needs, especially among infants and toddlers

Your Role Will Include:

Providing therapy services to support young children identified through Child Find, addressing fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development Collaborating with families, educators, and related service professionals to create and implement individualized intervention plans Maintaining accurate records, progress monitoring, and reporting to meet compliance standards Participating in meetings and interdisciplinary planning to best serve each child's unique needs Educating caregivers and staff on techniques and strategies to promote skill development outside of therapy sessions
