Occupational Therapist:

Evaluate client needs and develop plan of care Design and implement creative, innovative, and individualized treatment plans Write comprehensive evaluations and follow-up reports to include information about current levels of ability and recommendations for intervention when required Document aspects of care and meet service standards such as SOAP notes, billing forms, progress updates, reports, and other documents Provide quarterly written progress using data collection procedures Attend and participate in IEP meetings to include writing goals, objectives, annual reports and providing support and training to client families and caregivers Promote generalization as an outcome of intervention to other settings including the classroom and to the client's home environment Develop sensory plans and diets as needed Provide training to staff and caregivers as needed Participate with an interdisciplinary team to collaborate and develop a comprehensive plan of care for clients including implementing behavior intervention plans Adhere to professional code of ethics

Requirements:
