Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care hospital setting. Conduct assessments and reassessments for patients with diagnoses such as CVA, dementia, spinal cord injury, and upper-extremity conditions. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive equipment. Document patient progress using PowerChart/Cerner system.
