This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday activities in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You'll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled interventions focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on its proper use Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to coordinate resident care Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Join Our Team?
