Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health in Waldorf, MarylandJoin a rewarding Travel Occupational Therapist role in Waldorf, Maryland, serving patients in a supportive home health setting.                             • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
                            • Active Occupational Therapist license or certification as required in Maryland
                            • At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
                            • Prior home health experience strongly preferred
                            • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a home-based care setting
                            • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
                            • Ability to travel between patient visits throughout the dayResponsibilities
                            • Evaluate patients in the home setting and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
                            • Provide skilled home health therapy interventions to improve functional independence and safety
                            • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed to support positive outcomes
                            • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, fall prevention, safety, and home exercises
                            • Document care accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with clinical and compliance standards
                            • Coordinate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
