Key Qualifications:

Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state (or eligibility for Maine licensure). Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred. Strong understanding of IEPs, goal writing, and progress monitoring. Solid organizational, communication, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Adept at adapting interventions to diverse student needs and abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as determined by IEPs. Assess, evaluate, and document student progress toward established goals. Develop individualized intervention plans to enhance students' functional and academic success. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development. Participate in IEP meetings, write reports, and maintain accurate documentation. Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment and assist with staff education as needed.
