Join our rehabilitation team in Battle Creek, MI! We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence Work closely with patients, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Participate in care planning and collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals Help patients achieve their functional and quality-of-life goals What We're Looking For Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus Why Join Us?
