Desired Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current OT license Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy, home health, teletherapy, or related healthcare OT settings Solid understanding of fine and gross motor skill interventions for children and adolescents Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, educators, and families Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in school activities

Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate students needs and create individualized treatment plans Deliver services designed to improve fine/gross motor skills, adaptive techniques, and functional participation in the classroom Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress Document assessments, treatment activities, and outcomes according to school protocols Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to reach students virtually
