Duties include:

Evaluate and treat patients Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve their daily living skills and achieve their goals Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and maximizing their functional abilities Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
