Home Health Aide / Caregiver - $17-$17.13/hr - Cassopolis, MI

We are hiring compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers to provide excellent in-home care to seniors and individuals in Cassopolis, Michigan and surrounding areas in Cass County. Position Overview As a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, you will provide personalized one-on-one care in clients' homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding role with competitive pay of $17.00 - $17.13 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Provide medication reminders and monitor health changes Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and support nutrition Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands Support mobility, transfers, and exercises Offer companionship and emotional support Document care and communicate with the care team and families Follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, or PCA preferred (training provided for the right candidates) Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass background check and drug screen Must be at least 18 years old CNA certification or Home Health Aide training is a plus
