Job Summary Join Therapy At Your Door and practice occupational therapy the way it was meant to be. We're growing mobile outpatient therapy company providing exceptional PT and OT services in assisted living and independent living communities along with residential homes throughout Washtenaw County. If you're tired of productivity pressure, excessive paperwork, or weekend demands, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat geriatric patients Improve ADLs and functional independence Perform home safety assessments Recommend adaptive equipment Collaborate with PTs, physicians, caregivers, and facility staff Document using an EMR.
