What You'll Do As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care delivery and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery of quality patient care while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and therapy protocols Monitor, guide, and evaluate staff performance, supporting ongoing growth and development Help drive efficient operations by coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow, and supporting problem-solving and decision-making Provide direct patient care, including managing complex or advanced cases and offering clinical consultation Serve as a positive role model, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a patient-first culture What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred) Active Occupational Therapist licensure BLS Certification (required) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence in patient care Make an Impact This is more than just a clinical role—it's an opportunity to shape the future of therapy services within a growing, mission-driven organization.
