Job Description

Beacon Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Therapy team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve daily function, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to deliver exceptional care. Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Michigan OT license or eligibility for licensure. 1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred. Outpatient experience preferred. Lymphedema training or certification is a plus. Ability to be based at Battle Creek Health Park and float to KAL Health & Fitness as needed for coverage. Why Beacon Health System?
