Key Qualifications:

Current and active Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Experience working in schools, healthcare, or home health settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation Ability to assess, develop, and execute therapeutic plans for K-12 children Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff

Core Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in school and home settings Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other support professionals Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with state and district guidelines Adapt equipment and materials for students with special needs to support their educational goals Consult with families and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to provide cohesive care

Position Details:
