TactStaff EDU | Full-Time | Onsite | Immediate Start | Through June 9, 2027 TactStaff EDU is seeking a licensed School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers. The assignment is available immediately through June 9, 2027, with a caseload of approximately 35 students.

UHC health insurance and 401(k) with company matching School Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students in an educational setting Complete occupational therapy evaluations and assessments as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans Provide direct and consultative OT services based on student needs and IEP goals Support students with fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, handwriting, self-care, and functional classroom skills Collaborate with special education teachers, general education teachers, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, paraprofessionals, and other related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate student documentation and therapy records Communicate effectively with school staff and families regarding student progress Help students improve participation, independence, and access to their educational environment Qualifications Active Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current NBCOT certification or eligibility School-based, pediatric, or educational OT experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with students with a variety of developmental, behavioral, physical, and learning needs Why Work With TactStaff EDU? $55-$62/hour Weekly pay UHC health insurance benefits 401(k) with company matching W-2 employment Dedicated recruiting and credentialing support Consistent school-based schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes If you're a Michigan-licensed Occupational Therapist looking for a full-time school OT position with a manageable caseload and immediate availability, we would love to connect.
