Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state, or eligibility for licensure Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Previous experience providing OT services in a K-12 school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to integrate effectively with educational teams, families, and administrators Commitment to promoting student independence and participation in school activities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services as outlined in IEPs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary evaluations, and professional development as needed
