Key Qualifications:
Active OT licensure in MI (required) Experience in school, healthcare, and/or home health settings strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP documentation and student support planning Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills Passion for working with children and promoting student independence across diverse backgrounds
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, adapting plans to individual needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing progress assessments Provide support in both school environments and home-based settings as assigned
