Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time Ingham, MI Build your career while helping patients regain independence. Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to become part of our therapy team in the Ingham, MI area. If you enjoy a collaborative environment, meaningful patient relationships, and having the opportunity to use your clinical skills every day, this could be a great fit. Your Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients and identify functional goals Develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions Help patients improve independence with everyday activities Track progress and modify treatment based on patient response Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations Complete required clinical documentation Provide guidance and supervision to OTAs as applicable Build positive relationships with patients, families and caregivers What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Organized, dependable and patient-focused approach Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus What You Can Expect From Concept Rehab We're therapist-owned and operated, so we understand the importance of clinical support and professional growth.
