Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Occupational Therapy license Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred Solid understanding of pediatric occupational therapy practices Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt interventions to support individual student needs A passion for empowering children to reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students as assigned Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations Offer consultative support and resources to classroom staff as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team decisions
