Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state Recent or previous experience providing OT services within a school setting Solid understanding of pediatric diagnoses and interventions as they relate to educational performance Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students Ability to adapt therapy plans based on IEP goals and changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students requiring OT services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives Work directly with students to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, organization, and self-care abilities Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulations and school policies Provide guidance and resources to educational staff and parents for classroom adaptations and carryover of strategies Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development when needed Offer flexible support as a PRN clinician, available for coverage and additional needs as they arise Picture yourself making a lasting difference for children, while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time, PRN role in a welcoming school setting.
