The assignment runs from ASAP through December 2026, providing stable, extended contract work and a chance to build lasting, positive relationships within the school community. In this engaging occupational therapy role, you will:

Qualifications & Experience:

Hold a current Occupational Therapist license Prior experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 students Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal setting for students with disabilities Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, aides, and families Passion for supporting children and adolescents with exceptional needs Excellent organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Work directly with students in both group and one-on-one settings Consult regularly with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals in the classroom Provide progress reports and participate actively in IEP meetings Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers
