Our established, since 2003, private practice in beautiful Petoskey, Michigan, is seeking a passionate, versatile full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. Unlike regional corporations, we reject the assembly-line model of care. We believe that true rehabilitation requires deep connection, creative autonomy, and reasonable schedules. In this role, your primary focus will be on meaningful adult neurological and cognitive rehabilitation, making up approximately 80% of your caseload. You will work directly with individuals experiencing stroke recovery, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), Parkinson's, cognitive decline and more. The remaining 20% allows you to shift gears into rewarding, play-based pediatric therapy, giving you a uniquely diverse yet focused clinical experience right here in Northern Michigan. Key Responsibilities Provide functional rehabilitation for adult patients recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), Parkinson's, cognitive decline, and more. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment plans for a select pediatric caseload (sensory, feeding, autism spectrum disorders, and more). Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation using our streamlined EMR system during your dedicated daily paperwork hour. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and our internal multidisciplinary therapy team to maximize patient outcomes. What We Are Looking For Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
