Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Prior experience within school settings or pediatrics is highly desirable Strong understanding of IEP development, goal writing, and educational accommodations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning styles

Role Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based OT services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, special educators, parents, and other therapists to support student learning and developmental progress Assess, develop, and document individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care activities Monitor progress toward OT goals and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students educational plans Offer consultation and education to school staff and families on supporting students functional independence If youre passionate about helping students succeed and want a role that allows you to use your OT skills in a supportive educational community, this is your chance.
