Qualifications:
Masters degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active OT license in Michigan (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience working in schools preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Deliver direct OT services and document progress Support students functional independence within the school environment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
