Desired Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license for the state or eligibility to obtain Experience (clinical or fieldwork) in school, home health, or healthcare settings Familiarity with teletherapy best practices, preferred but not required Proficiency in evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting fine and gross motor skills Strong communication, collaboration, and flexibility in working with multidisciplinary teams New graduates are encouraged to bring their enthusiasm and fresh perspective

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and track progress Develop and deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based strategies Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to integrate therapy into educational programs Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning Engage in continuous learning and professional development supported by provided CEU resources
