We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, hardworking, and flexible Occupational Therapist to join our team! Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized therapy plans to address occupational therapy skills in medical, clinical, and community settings. Training to become an Aquatic Safety for Autism Provider and provide aquatic therapy to individuals with autism. Complete timely and accurate documentation of visits and services provided to clients and families. Administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide ongoing education to family members to ensure generalization of occupational therapy skills across environments. Supervise and train interns, student clinicians, and other individuals as assigned Ensure compliance with medical and legal regulations and internal policies. What Makes Us Unique Monthly field trips to community locations to generalize skills to the community. Parent involvement in therapy as appropriate to generalize skills to home environments. Team-based approach with ongoing collaboration among SLP, OT, and ABA disciplines to ensure consistency of care. Leadership and program development opportunities to incorporate your interests into treatment. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy State of Michigan OT License Active NBCOT Certification Ability to physically play and assist patients in clinic and aquatic environments Fully up to date on all vaccinations
