Qualifications:

Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required Hands-on experience in a school setting, especially with elementary students, highly preferred Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptability and a passion for fostering student independence

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on student needs Assess and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and staff as needed In this role, you'll make a visible impact by helping elementary-aged students achieve greater participation and success in their day-to-day school experiences.
