About Berg Therapy At Berg, we meet kids where they are — with curiosity, compassion, and care that honors every brain and every body. Berg Therapy is a locally owned pediatric outpatient clinic in Blaine, Minnesota providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Feeding Therapy services to children ages 0-18. We're building a team of collaborative therapists who care deeply about supporting kids and families while creating a workplace that feels supportive and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. Position Details Full-Time or Part-Time In-Person Pediatric Outpatient Clinic Blaine, Minnesota Monday-Thursday clinic schedule (7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule with three-day weekends Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance

with employer contribution Continuing education funds and/or license reimbursement Paid time off What You'll Do Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a 1:1 outpatient setting Support children with sensory processing, regulation, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, executive functioning, and developmental skills Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation in a timely manner Participate in a collaborative and supportive clinic culture Help create positive, engaging experiences for kids, families and team members Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Pediatric experience preferred, but not required What Makes Berg Different At Berg Therapy, we care for the caregivers, too.
