Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a highly rewarding, full-time contract opportunity supporting students for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference as an Occupational Therapist, serving a diverse student population at two vibrant locations. You will divide your time between sites in two welcoming communities, making a positive impact and expanding your professional experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in MN Previous school-based OT experience preferred Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with faculty, families, and students Skilled at designing and implementing individualized treatment plans Adaptable to working across multiple locations and teams Strong organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-12 students at both sites Assess and evaluate student needs and abilities, developing targeted goals for improved functioning Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions in the school environment Deliver both direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP requirements Document sessions, progress, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments, empowering students to succeed
