Pediatric Occupational Therapist — $35-$44/hr + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus 4-Day Work Week~ Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-6 PM Join a small, supportive pediatric therapy team where you'll have the time and mentorship to do meaningful work with children and families. About the Position At HHH Pediatric Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with children and families while helping kids build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to succeed at home, school, and in their communities. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working with children and families. New graduates are welcome to apply! Whether you're beginning your OT career or bringing years of pediatric experience, you'll have a supportive team around you. Responsibilities Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment for pediatric patients. Address areas including fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, handwriting, activities of daily living, self-regulation, and functional independence. Educate families and caregivers regarding home activities, therapeutic strategies, and ways to support progress outside of therapy. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Participate as a positive and collaborative member of the pediatric therapy team. Qualifications Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in MN- or eligible to obtain. Eligible for or current NBCOT certification. Pediatric experience is preferred but new graduate occupational therapists are welcome to apply. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for working with children and families. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Why Join Us? We're a small clinic by design.
