Blue Stone Therapy is excited to expand outpatient therapy services in Rochester, MN, and we're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team! At Blue Stone Therapy, clinical care is at the center of what we do. Our leadership team includes experienced rehabilitation professionals who understand the importance of supporting therapists, delivering quality patient outcomes, and building strong therapy programs. What You'll Do As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients experiencing physical, cognitive, and functional challenges that impact their independence and quality of life. You'll work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that help them achieve meaningful goals and return to the activities that matter most.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments Developing individualized treatment plans and goals Providing evidence-based interventions focused on improving function and independence Training patients in adaptive techniques, equipment, and compensatory strategies Collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Educating patients and caregivers on treatment recommendations and home programs Maintaining timely and accurate documentation Contributing to a positive patient experience and strong clinical culture Requirements Why Blue Stone Therapy?
