Job Description

Current Caseload Structure:
Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic Approximately 50% in-house services within 1-2 partnered ABA centers Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is providedKey Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centers Travel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries) Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team What You Bring Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date) Passion for working with children and families Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply .
