Job Description

Occupational Therapist Per Diem Regions Hospital United States, Minnesota, St. Paul Aug 19, 2026 Regions Hospital has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This is a per diem position and would come with the requirement to work one weekend per month and one holiday per year along with the ability to pick up additional weekday shifts. Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. This position will primarily serve adult patients on acute units of our Trauma Level 1 hospital. Training to cover to our 21-bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility is also offered. This position provides an opportunity to work with a wide range of diagnoses: stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, orthopedic, intensive medical and cardiac units, and observation units. We provide a thorough on-boarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff is available. Regions Rehabilitation offers in-services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience.
Work Schedule:
Work one weekend a month, one holiday per year and availability to pick up weekday shifts as able.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in similar settings/diagnosis. Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
