Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and overall function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning. Educate patients and families on treatment processes and adaptive techniques. Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs. Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapist license or temporary license Strong patient care and assessment skills Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Familiarity with working with diverse populations
