Job Description
Overview PRN Responsibilities + Deliver outpatient occupational therapy treatments focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and upper extremity function + Provide therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training + Educate patients on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs ( HEP ) + Document care and monitor progress in EMR (Epic) + Support orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation + Ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS , and clinical guidelines Qualifications + Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy + Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license + Current BLS ( AHA ) certificate + National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA , and OTAC Employment Status Per Diem Shift Variable Equal Employment Opportunity To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
