Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience with pediatric and/or school-based therapy settings preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and case management skills Collaborative spirit and effective communication abilities Ability to adapt to new environments and contribute quickly to school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students individually and in groups Design, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals Prepare thorough documentation and progress reports Assist in developing inclusive environments and promoting student access
