Qualifications:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience or interest in working with K-12 students Familiarity with IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with educators and families Ability to adapt intervention strategies to various developmental levels Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to each student Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to implement accommodations and modifications Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings as required Provide consultative support and strategies to classrooms for students carryover of skills Educate families and staff on techniques to further support students outside of formal sessions Take your expertise where it matters mosthelping students gain essential life skills, confidence, and independence within the school community.
