Occupational Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and the ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, and geriatrics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life.

Position #1: St. Louis City & South County Position #2: St. Louis County & West County ( Applicants will be assigned to one region only )

$42-47/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise COTAs Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and progress Maintain accurate documentation using therapy software Participate in care coordination and team meetings Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Missouri OT license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong communication, time management, and clinical reasoning skills Scheduling & Expectations Flexible part-time hours Expected caseload: 4-6 visits per day , depending on availability Local travel only within assigned region Daily pay available Why Breakthrough Healthcare?
