Job Description
Qualifications:
Current and valid Occupational Therapy licensure in Missouri Experience in a school-based environment preferred Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and itineraries Passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential Excellent communication abilities with students, families, and staff Enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative mindsetKey Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to approximately 32 direct students (serving a total of around 800 minutes weekly) Travel between multiple assigned school sites to meet student needs Develop and implement personalized therapy programs Maintain thorough documentation and track progress Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Adjust interventions as needed to align with students IEP goalsPerks:
