Key Qualifications:

Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Missouri Experience in school settings in OT roles strongly preferred Comfortable managing a caseload across multiple campuses Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for grades K12 Completion of fingerprinting for district credentialing (TCN submission required) Willingness to sign and submit district-required technology agreement

Responsibilities:

Provide OT assessments and direct and consultative services to students at Barrington Elementary, North Middle School, and West High School Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to develop and implement effective IEP interventions Document student progress and maintain accurate records consistent with school district standards Communicate regularly with families about student progress and strategies for success Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to shape tailored student plans Travel between up to three assigned school locations within a typical 37.5-hour workweek This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact while growing your skills alongside passionate colleagues.
