We're looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team and help patients build confidence, regain independence, and safely remain at home. What You'll Do Provide skilled OT evaluations and treatments in patients' homes Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, physician, and care team Help patients improve safety, independence, and ability to manage daily activities Complete required assessments and documentation What You'll Need Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing One year of recent OT experience; home health experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Haven?
