Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Current and valid OT licensure for the state of Missouri, or eligibility Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Strong ability to adapt to new environments and teams
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy plans Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students needs Deliver direct and indirect OT services within school settings Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP development, and program planning
